Forge Ballarat’s rustic warehouse interior adds to what is becoming a vibrant Ballarat city dining scene. Located on Armstrong St North Former CV Jones Auctions House has been turned into an upmarket New York style warehouse. Large floor to ceiling windows let in a lot of natural light, making it perfect for any photography shoot, dining experience coupled with artistic photography on the walls. This central-Ballarat 19th century building really is an an inspiring renovation.

The recycled timbers were given a second life to become large dining tables and of course the stripped bare brick walls and concrete floors. It adds a great rustic feel of the space and it makes it easy to relax there while having a strawberry wood fired pizza!
